20 Centimeters Okay
In addition I saw the following short films, all of which were great:
Diesel Engine
A Half Man
Chronicles of A Professional Eulogist

If I have time I'll do a write-up of Destricted.

  1. Heh. Nice rating system! Were you at the Saturday night Neptune showing of Wristcutters? I was as well...

  2. I didn't see it at the Neptune. I took a screener home from the press office, so I was able to watch the film while doing my laundry; the true benefit of having a press credential!

  3. I was at the Saturday screening. I liked the movie better than I thought I would (great look, fun soundtrack), although I wish the director had given John Hawkes more to do. With the one-two punch of "Me & You & Everyone We Know" & "Deadwood," he's quickly become one of my favorite character actors.
